മഹ ചുഴലിക്കാറ്റ് വീണ്ടും ഇന്ത്യൻ തീരത്തേക്ക്. ഗോവാ തീരത്തു നിന്നു വടക്കുപടിഞ്ഞാറു നീങ്ങിയ ചുഴലിക്കാറ്റ് ഇന്നലെയാണു ഗുജറാത്ത് തീരത്തേക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞത്. തീരമെത്തും മുൻപേ ശക്തി കുറയുമെന്നാണു വിലയിരുത്തൽ.
കേരളത്തിൽ 7-ആം തീയതി വരെ കനത്ത മഴയ്ക്കു സാധ്യതയില്ല. തെക്കൻ ജില്ലകളിൽ ചുരുക്കം സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ മഴ പെയ്തേക്കാം. കേരള, കർണാടക തീരങ്ങളിൽ മത്സ്യബന്ധന നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങൾ പിൻവലിച്ചു. അതേസമയം, 6-ആം തീയതി വരെ അറബിക്കടലിന്റെ വടക്കൻ ഭാഗങ്ങളിലേക്കു പോകരുതെന്നു നിർദേശമുണ്ട്.VSCS MAHA near lat 17.9°N & long 65.4°E,610 km W-SW of Veraval (Gujarat).To intensify into an ESCS in 06 hours.
