വിജയ് മല്യ ഇന്ത്യ വിട്ടതു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയുടെ അറിവോടെയെന്നു കോൺഗ്രസ് അധ്യക്ഷൻ രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി. മല്യയ്ക്കെതിരായ ലുക്കൗട്ട് നോട്ടീസ് മാറ്റിയത് മോദി അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടാണ്. മല്യയെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ലുക്കൗട്ട് നോട്ടീസ് മാറ്റി, വിവരം അറിയിക്കുക എന്ന എന്ന നിലയിലുള്ള റിപ്പോർട്ട് നോട്ടീസ് ആക്കിയതു സിബിഐ ആണ്. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലുളള സിബിഐകൊണ്ട് അത് ചെയ്യിച്ചതാണെന്നും രാഹുല് ട്വിറ്ററിൽ ആരോപിച്ചു
