എൻഫോഴ്സ്മെന്റ് ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റും സിബിഐയും പോലുള്ള ഏജൻസികളെയും അടിമപ്പണി ചെയ്യുന്ന ചില മാധ്യമങ്ങളേയും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വ്യക്തികളെ തെരഞ്ഞുപിടിച്ച് സർക്കാർ പ്രതികാര രാഷ്ട്രീയം കളിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ ഉടുവിലത്തെ ഉദ്ദാഹരണമാണ് ഡി.കെ ശിവകുമാറിന്റെ അറസ്റ്റ് എന്ന് രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി ട്വിറ്ററില് കുറിച്ചു.
