These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bharat Broadcasting Network Limited (“Jaihind TV”, “Jaihind News”, “we”) for use of jaihindtv.in and related services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or buying a membership, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Bharat Broadcasting Network Limited (CIN U92132KL2005PLC018915) is a company incorporated in Kerala on 8 December 2005. Its main object includes owning and operating a television channel for news, entertainment, and sports. Jaihind TV is the broadcast brand; Jaihind News is the digital news service on this website.

2. The service

We publish news, video, live television, and related features. Content is for general information. It is not professional, legal, or investment advice. Editorial decisions rest with Jaihind TV. We may update, correct, or remove material, and we may change or suspend parts of the site for maintenance or legal reasons.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential.
• You must verify your email before some features work.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the law.

4. Membership and payment

• Jaihind TV Premium is an optional paid membership. Features and prices shown are display information; the charge is calculated on our server from the plan and your location.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. A membership is active only after successful verification of payment.
• Taxes, if applicable, are included or shown as required by law.
• Refunds follow applicable Indian consumer law and our support review. Chargebacks or fraud may lead to account restriction.
• We may change plans for future billing periods; we will not alter a completed, verified payment after the fact except to correct a proven billing error.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: scrape or overload the site in a way that harms the service; bypass paywalls or access controls; impersonate Jaihind TV; post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material; or use the Services to send spam. Automated access is allowed only as we expressly permit (for example public RSS if offered).

6. Intellectual property

News text, video, graphics, trademarks (including Jaihind TV / Jaihind News), and site design are owned by Bharat Broadcasting Network Limited or its licensors. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution for personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, republication, or commercial reuse needs prior written permission.

7. Third-party services

Live video may play via our stream or YouTube. Sign-in may use Google. Payments use Razorpay. Those providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy and uptime but do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. See also our Disclaimer.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Bharat Broadcasting Network Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow that limit. Our aggregate liability for a paid membership is limited to the amount you paid for that membership in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and close your account.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights.
