Delete your Jaihind TV account

This page applies to accounts used with the Jaihind TV mobile app and on jaihindtv.in. It is one account, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere. The Services are operated by Bharat Broadcasting Network Limited.

In the Jaihind TV app

1. Open the menu and tap My account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. If you signed up with an email and password, enter your current password.
4. Tap Permanently delete account.

On this website

1. Sign in to your dashboard.
2. Open Account settings and scroll to Delete account.
3. Type REMOVE to confirm, enter your password if you have one, and select Delete my account.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Jaihind TV account”. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, password and profile photo.
• The link to your Google account, if you signed in with Google.
• Your saved articles.
• All your signed-in sessions, on every device.
• The link between your account and your devices’ notification registrations. The app can still show general news alerts until you turn notifications off or uninstall it.

Deletion takes effect immediately. An active Jaihind TV Premium membership is cancelled and will not renew.

What we keep

Membership payment and invoice records are kept, without your name or contact details, for as long as Indian company and tax law requires. Nothing else linked to your account is kept.

Data on your phone

Articles saved for offline reading and your app settings are stored only on your device. Uninstall the app to remove them.
