**Salary Range:** $70,000 - $100,000, based on qualifications and experience (plus additional targeted bonus)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience and are effectively utilizing our solutions. Your expertise will help customers achieve their goals while fostering strong relationships and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Onboarding:** Lead the onboarding process, guiding customers through implementation and integration while managing their expectations effectively.
- **Product Adoption:** Encourage and drive the adoption of our product, ensuring customers realize its full value.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Act as a customer advocate by collaborating with internal teams including Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to address customer needs and feedback.
- **Account Management:** Develop and implement strategies for account management that enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- **Relationship Building:** Cultivate strong relationships with customers, from end-users to executive sponsors, to better understand and meet their needs.
- **Revenue Growth:** Identify and communicate opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.
- **Renewal Management:** Work closely with the Finance department to oversee the renewal process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- **Issue Resolution:** Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- **Product Expertise:** Maintain a deep understanding of our products, assisting the Sales team with real-world application examples to support potential customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success or consulting.
- Strong customer service or support background.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in customer onboarding and implementation, is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Food and Beverage industry or Supply Chain experience is advantageous.
- A positive team player with a willingness to adapt and grow.
- Occasional travel may be required for department meetings, company events, and networking opportunities.
- Successful completion of a background screening process in accordance with federal and local regulations.
