What You'll Bring
Experience: At least 5+ years in customer success, account management, or client services roles, preferably in the media, entertainment, or technical industries.
Relationship Builder: Proven ability to cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.
Strategic Mindset: Can seamlessly transition from detailed discussions to big-picture strategy within the same conversation.
Problem Solver: Solutions-oriented with a talent for identifying root causes and implementing effective, scalable solutions.
Process Innovator: Ability to spot opportunities for improvement and refine processes within the customer success framework.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, including experience influencing stakeholders across various organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
Technical Aptitude: Quick to learn and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Nice to Have: Experience in post-production workflows.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding: Lead onboarding processes, providing training and guidance to maximize the value of our solutions.
Retention & Growth: Drive customer satisfaction and retention by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
Customer Health: Monitor customer health metrics and usage trends to proactively address potential risks and ensure goals are met.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and share insights with cross-functional teams in sales, product, and marketing.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and address any challenges that arise.
