Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of the Warehouse, F&B 2nd shift, and Mailroom operations.

  • The budgeted range starts at $55,000 - $59,660.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain connections with all departments at the resort
  • Develop hourly staff members to take on more responsibility, encourage growth within the company, and increase employee retention.
  • Assume all managerial duties in Manager’s absence
  • Daily and weekly meetings with staff
  • Be able to perform all aspects of the operations including receiving, data entry, order processing, picking, auditing, shipping, delivery
  • Efficiently maintain product flow through the warehouse and processing accuracy
  • Researching and resolving warehouse-to-department issues
  • Effective performance evaluations for staff
  • Overall organization and maintenance of the facility
  • Accountability for all staff members (attendance, punctuality, productivity, accuracy, safety)
  • Ensure safety and security of facility to include warehouse operations and delivery operations, eliminating the temptation of theft
  • Payroll management
  • Effectively maintain seasonal and temporary help, as needed
  • Prioritize and coordinate multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, customer-service environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Required:

  • 1 year leadership experience
  • Able to work a flexible schedule - Days and hours vary depending upon season and volume
  • Able to operate a forklift and snowcat – Training will be provided
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • English fluency
  • Must possess a valid US Driver's license
  • Background check
  • Able to lift 50 lbs

Preferred:

  • 2 years of ski resort experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • OSHA certified
  • Coupa experience
  • Order processing/picking experience

The expected pay range is $55,000 - $59,660. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
