Warehouse Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory control processes to optimize storage and distribution.
• Implement and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for improved efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular audits and inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with food and beverage distribution processes.
• Experience in import/export regulations and procedures.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
