Job Summary
We're looking for a talented SEO Analyst to join our dynamic team! This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of SEO accounts, tracking and reporting on campaign progress, creating SEO strategies, and staying current with the latest trends and techniques to enhance SEO performance. You'll play a key role in driving results for clients and collaborating with a positive, motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research based on client goals and campaign objectives.
Analyze client websites and identify areas for improvement.
Assign SEO content and manage content requests.
Develop and implement SEO strategies for campaigns.
Identify opportunities to improve site performance and monitor results.
Collaborate with PPC account managers to align efforts.
Work with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Stay up-to-date on the latest local SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Take on additional tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
Basic experience with WordPress.
1-2 years of SEO account management experience (including Local SEO).
Strong grammatical and written communication skills.
A good sense of humor and the ability to have fun at work!
Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of SEO account management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven performance case studies showcasing keyword research, link-building strategies, on-page/off-page implementation, and outcomes.
In-depth understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of current SEO practices with a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience with tools like Google My Business, SEMrush, and BrightLocal.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000, along with the potential for quarterly bonuses. Salary will be determined based on experience, location, and qualifications.
