Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg/Neuro

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL

Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)3 shifts per week (36 scheduled hours)

Hourly Rate : $27.72 to $39.60, depending on experience

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population, including those recovering from illness, injury, and neurological conditions. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care. This position is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to making a difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and determine necessary care interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to advocate for patient needs
• Educate patients and their families on treatments, procedures, and recovery processes
• Ensure safe and efficient use of resources, including time, supplies, and equipment
• Actively participate in creating patient-centered care plans and monitoring progress

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Florida, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• At least 1 year of acute care RN experience required
• BLS certification (AHA provider) required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of hire
• Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred
