Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome families and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing families inquiries and concerns
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed
- Support project coordination and administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Google Suite or similar programs
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Previous experience in a receptionist role/ funeral home office setting is preferred but not required
