Location: Remote, LATAM
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm CST

Our client specializes in partnering with short-term rental properties/Airbnb hosts to enhance their guest experiences and maximize property performance. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships with our clients.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of rental homes in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while requiring a commitment to high standards and proactive management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.
  • Guest Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, managing bookings, and resolving any issues that arise during their stay.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate cleaning services, and manage maintenance tasks to ensure properties are in optimal condition.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor booking trends, guest feedback, and occupancy rates to recommend strategies for improving property performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all properties comply with local regulations and Airbnb policies, addressing any legal or safety issues proactively.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and guest feedback for management review.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing regular updates and recommendations for enhancing their rental income.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with short-term rentals or in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using technology to manage properties and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties in a remote environment.
