• Starting Hourly Rate: $18/hour
• Post-Probation Rate: Up to $20/hour

Job Overview: Crystal Clear Arizona is an eco-friendly residential cleaning service specializing in full-service deep cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and real estate open houses. We are currently seeking experienced and detail-oriented professional cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in providing top-quality cleaning services and appreciate the flexibility of contractor work. We service all of Maricopa County, including Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Paradise Valley, and more!

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning services in residential homes, including Airbnb turnovers and real estate open houses.
• Utilize eco-friendly cleaning products provided by Crystal Clear Arizona, including Flowcheer and other automated chemical supplies.
• Supply your own cleaning tools and equipment necessary for the job (e.g., vacuum, mops, microfiber cloths, etc.).
• Adhere to Crystal Clear Arizona’s high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the Crystal Clear Arizona team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in professional cleaning, particularly in residential settings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Must have your own cleaning tools and equipment.
