Job Description

The Night Auditor is responsible for maintaining the financial records, performing financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service during the overnight shift. They will handle all guest inquiries and requests and ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises. Responsibilities:

• Perform night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Complete end-of-day activities, including posting charges to guest accounts and running necessary reports
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Manage and maintain the safety and security of the hotel premises
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hotel front desk or accounting role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in using hotel property management systems and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
