Job Title : Network System Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Network System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will monitor, analyze, and optimize radio frequency (RF) performance across our network. This role combines data analysis, technical problem-solving, and collaboration with various teams to enhance network quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify serving sites using Atoll plots, and review azimuth and downtilt settings for optimization.
• Utilize the VPT tool to monitor events and identify performance degradation.
• Conduct site parameter audits to ensure network optimization and alignment with performance goals.
• Provide KPI trends and insights using the xLPT tool, and develop optimization plans based on the analysis.
• Identify and correct degraded KPIs, and perform root cause analyses for performance issues to implement corrective actions.
• Analyze neighbouring cell performance and implement changes to improve overall network quality.
• Conduct pre-drive tests to assess network performance and identify potential issues before conducting full-drive testing.
• Implement and monitor parameter changes to improve network performance, and assess the impact of these changes.
• Extract, audit, and maintain network configuration data to ensure network stability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience with RF optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, VPT, xLPT).
• Strong understanding of network performance metrics (KPI), site audits, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing wireless networks, particularly in a mobile or telecommunications environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
