Job Description

• Work on a project with client with the focus on automation of  RAN cell site deployment to cover  70% of the US with Dish VONR 5G radio.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and synthesize project requirements and translate into functional and non-functional requirements to be used as input to the functional design specifications.
• Act as a liaison between the Subject matter experts (SMEs) and the technical teams.
• Manage  the charge with team direction, metric definition, and performance management.
• Operate the deployment of CU automation which involves road map development, deliverable management, and automation of pipeline process for Samsung Cell sites.
• RAN Zero Touch provisioning implementation and the RAN private /virtualized infrastructure for the first 5G greenfield ORAN network.
• Respond  to  technical support situations and procedures with quick and effective solutions to the problems.
• Track and monitor fallouts and defects that are arising during UAT to ensure the efficient performance of the systems.
• Manage RU inventory and cell mapping implementation of Mavenir Cell sites.
• Manage sites fallouts and automation of RAN cell site deployment.
• Create User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS),  and developed System Requirements.
• Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for communicating and managing expectations with SMEs and to understand thoroughly the project process and the interface requirements, which need to be incorporated into the work flow pipeline.
• Manage the development and implementation of the Dish Zero Touch provisioning process in which cell sites will be deployed through automation.
• Perform requirement analysis, creating user stories, functional requirements and site fallout issues using JIRA.

Minimum Education Requirement:-  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, relevant engineering, or related degree or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
