Position Title : Junior Project Manager

Location : Bradenton, FL (Hybrid)

Role:   Full time Direct Hire

Position Overview:

Our client is a growing Engineering firm seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, capable of taking initiative and effectively following directions to support project goals. In this role, you’ll manage site visit coordination, client communication, scheduling, and project updates, making a direct impact on project success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site client visits, collect project requirements, and prepare accurate estimates.

- Coordinate and schedule on-site visits, meetings, and project timelines.

- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing project concerns.

- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met within the designated timelines.

- Assist with documentation and reporting to support project deliverables.

- Maintain clear communication with the project team and ensure that client expectations are met.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s (BS) or Associate’s (AA) degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.

- Prior experience in the engineering or a similar industry preferred.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
