Our client is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sell-Side M&A Investment Banking Associate to join its esteemed investment banking team in Chicago. Candidates must have prior or lateral M&A experience. This role will focus on advising clients through the sell-side mergers and acquisitions process, from initial marketing to the successful closing of transactions.
