Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Concierge is to provide guests with an excellent experience for the duration of their stay through welcoming them upon arrival to the hotel, recommending hotel and local amenities.
Work Performed:
The Concierge will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
Oversee and manage the M-Club to ensure the highest standards of service and guest experience;
Provideprofessional, friendly and engaging servicein accordance with Atrium’s servicestandards;
Recommend hotelamenities, localattractionsandanyother events that may be of interest to them;
Assist guests with mail, messages, and any plans or arrangements theyrequire;
Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesin keeping with Atrium’s CoreValues;
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpfulway;
Assist guests with any needs related to services of the BusinessCenter;
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions tomanagement;
Clean and disinfectpublic areas;and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
Required Prior Experience:
Six (6) months prior Customer Service experience
Preferred Prior Experience:
Hospitality industry experience
Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Licenses/ Certification:
Valid state driver’s license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.
Required Technology:
Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, or process information
Physical:
Lift a minimum of 50lbs rarely and 15lbs occasionally
Able to stand and/or walk for duration of schedule shift
Other:
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with guests
Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
