We're seeking an HMIS-CRM System Administrator to take the lead in managing and optimizing our Homeless Management Information Systems - Client Relationship Management (HMIS-CRM) software. This critical role involves system administration, project setup, data collection design, needs assessments, and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of HMIS-CRM administration and project setup.
Design data collection protocols and assess system needs for new programs.
Ensure compliance with HMIS data standards and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with software vendors to enhance the end-user experience and streamline workflows.
Develop tools, such as by-name lists and custom data views, to maximize the system's capabilities.
Train staff on using HMIS-CRM and support data quality assurance efforts.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in database administration or related fields, preferably in human services.
Solid understanding of data management principles and basic statistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent professional expertise.
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other coding languages.
Experience with HMIS platforms like Clarity or ClientTrack and CRM software.
Familiarity with HUD data standards and reporting requirements.
Experience in program evaluation, research methods, or project management.
Background working with underserved populations or individuals facing homelessness, mental health challenges, or addiction.
Multilingual skills, especially Spanish.
