  Graphic Designer

This role focuses on bringing fresh ideas to life by designing and introducing innovative products. The Entry-Level Graphic Designer will contribute to the growth of product lines while ensuring designs align with the brand's vision. Strong teamwork and collaboration with the Creative Team are essential for success in this position.

Position –  Graphic Designer

Job Location –  Menomonie, WI

Starting Date –  Immediate

Employment Term –  Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –  Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –  Days (M-F 8am – 4pm)

Starting Pay – $17/Hour

The Entry-Level Graphic Designer plays a key role in developing and launching innovative products that align with the brand's vision. This position requires creative thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software to produce high-quality visuals. Collaboration with the team and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are essential for success.

Responsibilities

- Support the graphics team in creating and enhancing product lines, maintaining print files, and managing concepts through production with attention to detail.

- Develop original, trend-responsive designs that align with brand identity; solve problems creatively and adapt quickly to changing customer needs.

- Anticipate final product outcomes by considering customer preferences, web presentation, and efficient production methods.

- Work effectively with the Creative Team, providing and receiving constructive feedback, with strong written and visual communication skills.

- Contribute to product content and expansions with creative, grammatically sound writing when needed.

Qualifications 

- Proven creative thinker with the ability to communicate ideas through text and image.

- Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.

- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency with graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Willingness to embrace constructive critique and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
