General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a QSR
• Proven expertise in P&L management, ability to deliver on the bottom line
• Proven ability of managing the drive thru and producing great times
• Deep understanding of labor; hiring, training, and maintaining top-notch teams effectively
• Consistent work history, with no more than two jobs in the past five years
• Deep understanding of Steritech and have the ability to achieve high score
