General Manager Qualifications:

Must have 5+ years of experience in an upscale full-service restaurant General Manager role
Minimum of 8 years of professional hospitality experience
General business acumen
Solution-oriented with a can-do attitude

General Manager Responsibilities:

Coach, train, develop, and mentor hourly and management staff
Budgeting, forecasting, full P&L responsibility
Successfully manage 7-10 million in annual revenue
Fully responsible for team performance, morale, and productivity
Maintain an overall vision of the brand and standards
