We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting tech-driven initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial systems and a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage infrastructure around technology and tech-related initiatives.
Collaborate closely with initiative owners to track financials, KPIs, and milestones.
Prepare regular variance analysis reports on a monthly, or sometimes weekly, basis.
What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Position Details:

Contract Length: 12 months, with no extension or conversion.
Location: 100% onsite during training (6-8 weeks), then hybrid schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays onsite).
