Director of Post Construction Cleaning

Position Overview
The Director of Post Construction Cleaning will oversee and manage all aspects of post-construction cleaning operations, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership to facilitate efficient cleaning processes after construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cleaning protocols and standards for post-construction sites.
• Manage budgets and forecast cleaning project costs to ensure profitability.
• Supervise and train cleaning teams to maintain high quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with construction managers and clients to schedule cleaning services and meet project timelines.
• Review and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and compliance with safety regulations.
• Analyze data and metrics to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in budget management and forecasting in a cleaning or construction environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
• PMP Certification, Bilingual Spanish, experience in janitorial services, and knowledge of construction cleaning processes are highly desirable.
