What You'll Do
As the Director of Marketing, you will play a vital role in driving our brand's growth and success. Your mission is to create innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and deliver impactful results. You will work collaboratively with our talented Brand Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, and Lifecycle Marketing Manager, as well as an array of exceptional vendors and freelancers. Your oversight will encompass all B2C and B2B marketing efforts, from in-store initiatives to engaging social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative marketing plans that enhance brand awareness and attract new shoppers.
Collaborate across departments to design market-specific strategies, working closely with our regional managers.
Lead the creation of marketing assets and content across various channels, crafting clear and inspiring creative briefs for internal and external partners.
Ensure all brand communications are cohesive and compelling across multiple platforms, including in-store, web, performance marketing, and organic social, aligning with our objectives and audience.
Partner with Communications and other internal teams, along with external partners, to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing programs.
Foster a results-driven culture through proactive analysis and utilization of self-service dashboards, briefing analysts on key initiatives to drive continuous improvement across all marketing efforts.
What You'll Need
A minimum of 7 years of experience in consumer marketing, with a strong focus on tech or grocery tech.
Proven track record in developing strategic and creative marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Strong skills in contract negotiation, budget management, and project oversight from initiation to completion.
A deep understanding of strategy, planning, implementation, and idea generation.
Experience in developing cross-channel campaigns, particularly in creating impactful in-store activations that bridge the digital and physical shopping experiences.
A robust network of industry contacts.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, navigate ambiguity, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered).
Bilingualism (French or Spanish) is a plus!
