Concierge/Lead Concierge
Position Overview
Our rapidly expanding professional services firm is hiring both Front Desk Concierges and Lead Front Desk Concierges to work at client locations in the Jersey City/Hoboken area. All sites are Class 'A' luxury residential buildings with state of the art technology and amenities.
At each location, the Concierge is literally the 'face of the building' and responsible for making an excellent first impression on everyone he or she interacts with. This requires an easy smile, inquisitive nature, excellent verbal and written communications skills and a true desire to help people solve their problems.
The ideal candidate must be unflappable and able to cheerfully manage various tasks simultaneously. These include both scheduled and unscheduled events, emergencies and even complaints. It almost goes without saying that the Concierge must maintain a professional appearance, keep an immaculate work area and stay abreast of local events including area services.
As a member of our team, you will join a culture rooted in teamwork, support and professionalism. We each take great pride in working together to exceed the expectations of our clients and partners.
