We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of CEO from a Chief Lending or Chief Credit Officer background for a profitable holding company based in Kansas!

Benefits :
- Competitive salary range of $150,000 to $185,000

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the lending and credit departments
- Develop and implement lending strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk
- Oversee the underwriting process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with executive management to set company goals and objectives
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve financial targets
Essential job functions:
- Hire, Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of lending and credit professionals
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and investors
- Drive business development efforts and identify new lending opportunities
- Conduct credit analysis and make lending recommendations based on risk assessment
- Stay up to date with industry trends and develop innovative lending solutions
Skills:
- Proven track record of leadership in the Commercial, Agricultural, and consumer lending realm
- Ability to work with state regulators. Must have history.
- Strong understanding of lending principles and PROCESSES, risk assessment, and credit analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make sound business decisions and manage a diverse team
- Proficient in financial analysis and financial modeling
