Business Manager Trainee – Evolution Concepts, Louisville, KY

We are expanding our high-performance team and looking for a Business Manager Trainee who shares the same entrepreneurial spirit as our founder. In this role, you’ll gain comprehensive knowledge of our business—from entry-level sales and account management to training, development, and operational support. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you’ll advance through hands-on training, building the skills needed to contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Master our clients’ CRM systems to drive sales and enhance customer relationship management.
• Conduct market and territory research to identify growth opportunities.
• Educate customers on our clients’ products, promotions, and brand benefits.
• Develop expertise in negotiation and closing techniques to support sales targets and expansion.
• Maintain accurate customer information and account records.
• Shadow senior management to learn our training methods, and eventually train new team members effectively.
• Build team consistency in production, fostering professionalism and skill development to improve retention (6-8 months).
• Gain knowledge in office organization, payroll, and HR to provide backend support (1 year).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to foster positive relationships.
• Commitment to personal growth, professional development, and success.
• Professionalism in all interactions, both in and outside the office.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or leadership roles.
